Main Course - Choice of:
Vegetarian: Paneer Pulao Marinated Indian Cottage cheese cooked with tomato sauce and spices mixed with fragrant basmati rice.
Meat : Cornish Hen Biriyani Cornish Hen marinated with spices, yogurt, fried onions and ginger garlic paste cooked with onions and tomatoes layered and simmered under pressure with fragrant basmati rice. .
Dessert - Rose and White Chocolate Mousse White Chocolate made into a light and airy mousse mixed with rose syrup.
SIDE SALAD - Diced onions, cucumber and tomatoes mixed with yogurt, chopped coriander and mint along with black salt.
